High-tech teens

Today’s teens’ use of technology is vastly different from other generations.

They send the most text messages. Post the most videos of themselves on the Internet. They tweet more, and are growing up with social networking. For better and worse, technology, in its various forms, is an integral part of an American teen’s life.

Jon McCallon, who leads Junior High Ministry at the Blankenbaker Campus, encourages parents not to fear technology but to embrace its positive applications while safeguarding their children from its dark side.  FULL STORY
